NexusSentry performs snapshot-based visual audits on cameras you configure:

• What We Collect: Individual camera snapshots (still images) captured at user-defined intervals.
• Processing: Snapshots are processed to generate AI-powered audit findings.
• Retention: By default, snapshots are processed transiently and are not permanently stored by NexusSentry.
• Optional Retention: Users may optionally enable temporary snapshot retention or include snapshots in audit reports for verification purposes.
• How Collected: You configure when and how often snapshots are captured
• Purpose: To generate AI-powered security audit findings
• Important: We do not provide continuous video recording, live streaming, or long-term video storage

b. Audit Results & Metadata

We store audit-related information, including:

• Audit timestamps and execution logs
• Camera identifiers and names
• Generated findings (detected objects, confidence levels, uncertainty assessments)
• Analysis prompts and queries you provide
• Token usage and processing metrics
• Audit type (regular, agentic, scheduled)

c. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Password (encrypted - we never store plain-text passwords)
• Account tier/subscription level
• Account creation and last login timestamps

d. Cookies & Session Data

We use essential cookies and session management to:

• Maintain your logged-in session (HttpOnly secure cookies)
• Store authentication state
• Track session activity for security purposes
• Prevent unauthorized access

Session Information Collected:

• Session ID (cryptographically generated, 64-character token)
• IP addresses are used solely for security, session management, and abuse prevention.

• Communications: Send service-related updates and notifications

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Use your data for advertising purposes
• Share your data with marketers
• Train AI models on your camera footage without explicit consent

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

a. AI Processing - OpenAI

What: Camera snapshots and analysis prompts are sent to OpenAI vision models accessed via API for AI-powered analysis

Why: To generate security audit findings, detect objects, assess confidence levels

Privacy: OpenAI does not use customer data sent via API to train their models

b. Cloud Infrastructure

We use cloud providers for database hosting, file storage, and application hosting. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Deleted Data Recovery: Deleted cameras and accounts have a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.

We implement comprehensive security measures:

2. Service Description & Limitations

What NexusSentry IS:

• ✅ AI-powered analysis – Automated visual analysis using proprietary and third-party AI models
• ✅ Visual observation and audit finding generator - Produces audit reports with confidence levels
• ✅ Audit trail system - Historical record of audits and findings
• ✅NexusSentry does not provide legal, safety, or professional security advice. All findings are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

What NexusSentry IS NOT:

• ❌ Not a real-time surveillance system - We do not provide 24/7 live monitoring
• ❌ Not a continuous recording service - We do not record or store video streams
• ❌ Not an alarm system - We do not dispatch emergency services
• ❌ Not a security guarantee - We do not guarantee detection or prevention
• ❌ Not a substitute for professional security - Not a replacement for security personnel

Important Understanding:

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. NexusSentry analyzes snapshots you configure - not continuous monitoring
2. Audit findings are informational only and require human review
3. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
4. Security findings may contain false positives and false negatives
5. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on findings
6. NexusSentry is not liable for missed incidents or security breaches

3. Service Tiers & Usage Limits

NexusSentry uses a monthly credit system. All audit types draw from a single shared credit pool that resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Credit costs: Photo audit = 1 credit, Agentic audit = 1 credit, Video audit = 1.25 credits. Video audits are capped at 40% of your monthly credit pool.

Free Tier ($0/month — 30 credits):

• Monthly credits: 30 (approx. ~30 photo audits, ~18 agentic audits, or up to 9 video audits)
• Video guardrail: max 12 credits on video per month
• Cameras: 1 camera supported
• History: 30-day audit retention
• Features: Photo, regular, and agentic audits. No drone survey.

Pro Tier ($19/month — 200 credits):

• Monthly credits: 200 (approx. ~200 photo audits, ~120 agentic audits, or up to 64 video audits)
• Video guardrail: max 80 credits on video per month
• Cameras: Unlimited
• History: 60-day audit retention
• Features: Photo, regular, agentic, and scheduled audits. No drone survey.

Premium Tier ($49/month — 400 credits):

• Monthly credits: 400 (approx. ~400 photo audits, ~240 agentic audits, or up to 128 video audits)
• Video guardrail: max 160 credits on video per month
• Cameras: Unlimited
• History: 90-day audit retention
• Features: Photo, regular, agentic, scheduled, and drone survey audits.

Enterprise Tier (Custom pricing — 5,000+ credits):

• Monthly credits: 5,000+ with overage billing
• Video guardrail: max 2,000 credits on video per month (adjustable by contract)
• Cameras: Unlimited
• History: Custom retention period
• Features: All features including dedicated support and custom integrations.

Guest Access (No account required):

• Photo audits: 2 free audits per IP address (permanent, never resets)
• Video audits: 1 free audit per IP address (permanent, never resets)
• No camera connections, no audit history

Credit Enforcement: Audits are blocked when your monthly credit pool is exhausted or when the video guardrail limit is reached. Credits reset automatically on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not carry forward. On-demand credit top-ups are available for purchase separately.

4. User Responsibilities

You Are Responsible For:

• ✅ Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• ✅ Obtaining all necessary permissions to observe cameras
• ✅ Respecting privacy rights of individuals captured
• ✅ Properly configuring camera connections
• ✅ Keeping your login credentials confidential
• ✅ Reviewing audit findings promptly and making informed decisions

Prohibited Uses:

You may NOT use NexusSentry to:

• ❌ Monitor individuals without proper legal authority or consent
• ❌ Violate anyone's privacy rights
• ❌ Conduct illegal surveillance or stalking
• ❌ Monitor children without parental/guardian authority
• ❌ Capture images in legally protected areas (bathrooms, changing rooms)
• ❌ Use for harassment, discrimination, or illegal purposes

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Bypass security measures or authentication
• Use automated systems to scrape data
• Interfere with other users' access
• Create multiple accounts to evade usage limits

6. Account Management

Account Termination:

• You may close your account at any time
• Account deletion triggers a 30-day recovery period
• We may terminate accounts for Terms violations

7. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the NexusSentry platform, software, and branding. You retain all rights to your camera images and account data.

8. Third-Party Services

NexusSentry relies on third-party services including OpenAI (AI analysis), cloud infrastructure, and payment processing. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

9. Service Availability & Warranties

NexusSentry is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do NOT guarantee:

• ❌ Uninterrupted service or uptime
• ❌ Error-free operation
• ❌ Accuracy of audit findings
• ❌ Detection or prevention of security incidents

10. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ❌ Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• ❌ Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• ❌ Security incidents, breaches, or unauthorized access
• ❌ Missed detections, false positives, or false negatives
• ❌ Property damage or theft
• ❌ Personal injury or death

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusSentry AI from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Unauthorized surveillance using NexusSentry
• Your camera configurations or observation practices

12. Payment Terms (Paid Tiers)

Subscription Billing: Monthly or annual billing with auto-renewal

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings

Refunds: No refunds for partial periods (except within 7 days of initial purchase)

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Contact support@nexussentry.ai before filing formal claims

For US Users: Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA rules)

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually

14. Force Majeure

NexusSentry shall not be liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Third-party service disruptions (OpenAI, cloud providers)
• Cyberattacks or security breaches beyond our control

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
